The Autonomy Report – Issue #2

This is the real game-changer (and most folks are ignoring it)

Autonomy isn’t about quitting your job. It’s about calling your own plays.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: the goal isn’t freedom from work, it’s freedom in how you work.

Too many people are out here chasing productivity hacks and AI tools with no real structure. But what separates people who win with AI from those who just dabble?

Simple: they use it with a purpose.

This week’s newsletter is about getting intentional. Applying AI to your workflow strategically, not just recreationally. The tools are out here. But it’s how you think that makes them powerful.

Let’s get into it.

Tool of the Week: Hex.tech

If you do anything with data: marketing, performance tracking, or research, Hex is a hidden gem.

It’s like if Google Sheets, Notion, and ChatGPT had a smarter, more organized baby. Not to mention, their website is beautiful.

Why I’m watching it:

  • You can build dashboards with natural language prompts

  • Blend AI, code, and no-code elements

  • Great for early entrepreneurs or pros who want to get insights without waiting on a data team

Terrance.pro Tip:
Even if you’re not “technical,” learn how to describe your goals clearly to AI. Hex makes it easy. I’d use it to monitor content ROI, automate internal reports, or track funnel performance in a solo business.

Workflow Win: The “AI First Draft” System

Let me put you on real quick.

The hardest part of creating, whether it’s content, strategy docs, pitches, or emails, is starting from zero.
That’s why I use what I call the AI First Draft System. Here’s how it works:

  1. Give AI a POV.
“Act like a strategist who’s building a business with $0 budget but $1M in mindset.”

  2. Feed it raw input.
Dump your notes, voice memos, or half-formed ideas.

  3. Prompt it to structure.
“Turn this into a 3-part email series.”
“Summarize this as a 5-slide client pitch.”
“Format this as a strategy doc.”

  4. Edit from a place of momentum, not a blank page.

This system saves me HOURS every week.
And it keeps me focused on refining ideas, not formatting documents.

Try it this week. You’ll never build from scratch again.

Here’s what’s been feeding the sharp side of my brain lately.

  1. “AI Prompt Engineer: How I Rebounded After Getting Laid Off from Meta” – CNBC
A great breakdown of how one woman turned her layoff into a high-value career by learning prompt engineering. The strategy is gold.

The End…

The tools are only getting smarter. The question is: are you?

This newsletter is about transformation. You’re not here to just stay informed. You’re here to become dangerous in your space.

Let’s keep pushing the edge.

See you next Tuesday.
