The Autonomy Report – Issue #8

Write your personal brand in 15 minutes with AI.

Let’s not play games:
You ARE the brand.

In 2025, your website, your LinkedIn header, your IG bio, your pitch deck — they’re all saying something about you before you even speak.

The problem?
Most people’s positioning sounds like everybody else’s:

“Helping businesses unlock their potential…”
“Passionate about driving success…”
“Empowering people to…”

Snooze.

You need a positioning statement that cuts through the noise, punches your niche in the face, and makes people say:
“Oh, I know exactly what you do, and I might need that.”

Here’s how I lock mine in using AI.

⚙️ Tool of the Week: ChatGPT Custom GPT + Voice Input

The Move:
Stop writing. Start talking.

Use your phone to voice record a casual 2-minute rant answering these 5 questions:

1️⃣ Who do you serve?
2️⃣ What problem do you solve?
3️⃣ What makes your approach different?
4️⃣ What’s the outcome/result people want?
5️⃣ Why do YOU care about solving this?

Then drop the transcript into ChatGPT with this prompt:

“Turn this into a sharp, punchy personal brand positioning statement.
Write 3 versions:

  1. For my website homepage

  2. For my IG/LinkedIn bio

  3. For my email signature.”

Refine, adjust, lock it in.
You now have brand clarity across every channel.

Positioning Framework: The “Who / What / How / Result” Formula

Here’s the format I’ve used for over a year:

I help [WHO] solve [WHAT PROBLEM] using [HOW] so they can [RESULT].

Examples:

"I help consultants simplify their offers using AI-powered frameworks so they can scale their business without scaling their workload."

"I help professionals automate 80% of their workflow with AI so they can buy back time and build autonomy."

Simple. Sharp. Repeatable.
This works on websites, pitches, sales pages, even investor decks.

Positioning Shift

If you confuse, you lose.
If you’re clear, you close.

You are always being positioned, whether intentionally or accidentally.

The goal is to take control of that narrative, sharpen it, and own it across every touchpoint.

Finally…

Every touchpoint is a silent sales rep for your brand.
When your positioning is tight, your content hits harder, your offers sell faster, and your authority compounds.
